Everything was perfect. Room is spaceous and very modern, mine had a terrace and a mini fridge, which was a nice surprise. The staff is super nice. Room was made every day during my 7 day stay there. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but very thoughtfull and everything was delicious. Juices and coffee could be better, but they werent bad. Breakfast hours are generous, 07-10h. The elevator is very fast and works with the room key only. There is a locker room to leave you bags upon your departure with very smart and safe lockers. Location is excellent for exploring the island and buses stop right in front. Only thing you should keep in mind that Malta bus routes differ deppending on direction, so from the airoport there is no direct line, but there is one to the airport.

The staff very friendly, had a slight issue with the lighting, but they came and sorted it immediately and even the duty manage sought us out the next day to apologise and ensure everything was OK, which I thought was lovely. Ben our house keeper was very efficient and the room was spotless, and I loved the towel animals he produced every day 😉.the breakfast was excellent with a really good choice of food, all fresh and hot,,the use of the lido and facilities is something I didn't expect and was lovely, I would definately recommend to others and look forward to coming back.

The absolute standout of this hotel is the breakfast buffet - reason enough to book your stay. The photos don’t do it justice (please add more recent photos!) with an extensive selection that changes daily, especially in the hot section, super busy at all times. - The staff was incredibly busy at all times but never showed signs of exhaustion or negative sentiment towards anyone, which is truly commendable. However, management should better support the night shift reception, as one staff member had to handle a queue of 20+ guests alone.

The location of the hotel is very good. Nearby Manoel Island, Sliema and a bus stop. Even when the hotel is located near a busy street, there is not much sound from the street. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are many power sockets, also for USB and European plugs. The bathroom is comfortable. Even though it is a big hotel, there is not much noise from other rooms. Except when people are outside on the balcony, but that is normal. The staff is friendly.

The location was quite central, although in a small alley and not on the main road. Easy to get around and plenty of food options nearby. A great bonus is the access to Aqualuna pool area across the street. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We had a big family room and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, helping with whatever requests we had. All in all we had a great time staying at this hotel and exploring Malta for the first time.
